Steps to log in and access uCanText Web SMS 3.0

  1. Open a web browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge) and navigate to: https://sms.xe2e.net/ or (https://sms.xe2e.net/Users/login) (the login form will be displayed)

  2. Enter your Username in the provided field.

  3. Enter your Password in the provided field.

  4. Click the Login button.

  5. If your login credentials are correct, you will be granted access to the portal and redirected to the dashboard.

  6. If you forget your password, click the Forgot Password link to reset it.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Make sure your username and password are correct (check for typos or caps lock).

  • If you’re still having trouble logging in, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  • If you’ve forgotten your password, use the forgot password link to reset it.
